As part of our procedure, all customers are required to pay for the initial head lice screening session or follow-up visit, scheduled 15 to 20 days after the initial treatment session, to confirm the absence of head lice.

 

Should any signs of lice or nits (eggs) be detected during this follow-up appointment, despite adherence to the aftercare instructions provided after the first treatment, customers may schedule a second check appointment.

 

In line with our 100% Guarantee Policy, if the need for retreatment arises, we will administer it at no additional cost.

To uphold the integrity of our guarantee, all family members must undergo screening and treatment on the same day, unless otherwise advised by our experts.

 

Following the treatment, strict adherence to the aftercare instructions provided by our lice experts is imperative. Should lice or nits be discovered post-treatment despite following these instructions, we will provide a complimentary retreatment. However, evidence of an active head lice infestation is required to validate our guarantee.
